Part of the Westin Hotel so it will not take Starbucks stars. Not a true Starbucks.
09/07/21: I?m back in Las Vegas working and Diante was working at Starbucks this morning. This young man is extremely kind and... has top notch customer service skills. It was a smart move to promote him. 10 stars!!! 08/17/21: I?ve been to this Starbucksmultiple times when I stay at the Westin in Las Vegas. Service is typically friendly and fast. A time or two they have beenunderstaff with just one employee working and having to take orders and make the drinks and food. Diante this morning was superfriendly and kind. Thanks so much!!! Giant sign says open 24 hours and it isn't. Yes. It's hard to find staff and supplies right now. How about using some duct tape... to cover up the part of the sign that says 24 hours? I mean it would only take 2 or 3 6"strips of black duct tape to cover it upyou liars! Read more

Rude customer service and not very smart. I bought a tea and went back for a cup of hot water but this location charges for it,... so I gave them one of the two cups they had just handed me and they "still couldn't help." I don't spend $10-$15 a day/every fewdays to have to pay $1.00-$3.00 for a cup of water. Called customer and she said they get complaints about this location often.Very sweet customer service over the phone though. Read more
