Updated 09.24.22. Still 1 star, went twice last week, the lobby was dirty and they closed by 5pm. It's busy part of town and I... understand the homeless situation in the area but that's every where and any time of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the only reason I stopped at this location was because I had an hour to kill and it... was 105° outside and didn't want to wait in the car. But after making my purchase I was told the lobby was closing in 5minutes, so I wouldn't be able to wait inside. Not only that, but being within a mile of the Las Vegas strip means they chargeapproximately 50% more than everywhere else in town. So I paid extra money for a drink I didn't want/need, so I could wait in anair-conditioned building that I wasn't allowed to stay in. Read more

Spacious Starbucks I have gone to in Vegas. Very clean. Prices here may be a lil more due to it being the closest to the... strip. Server that took our order seemed as if she was impatient with me taking awhile to decide. I never leave reviews for chain restaurants or franchises, but this Starbucks deserves a review. In particular, I want to give a... shout out to Jason. This individual is absolutely a ray of sunshine and a wonderful employee. I had a really tough day at workand I just needed something sweet? And I was in a weird mood for something Apple and Chai. My first idea was to get a chai teawith apple juice. Jason overheard my request and came up with this amazing concoction that just made my day. It was a chai lattewith almond milk, and a pump of some sort of apple spice, topped with pumpkin cold foam. The combination is autumn festivitiesin your mouth. The energy from all the employees that work at this Starbucks reserve is out of this world. Probably one of thebest experiences I have had at a Starbucks? And I have been to MANY. Yikes. This place is seriously busy. I ordered using the app and still had to wait 15 minutes past the promised time. The real... improvement that Starbucks could make would be to add a TV monitor to show you where you are in line for mobile orders. I hadreal anxiety that my order was lost somehow. All of the employees were totally focused on making drinks. The friendly "Welcometo Starbucks" is gone. If this is the new reality, then Starbucks should embrace it with way more automation.
