If only I could give 0 stars. I ordered egg and roasted pepper and almond croissant and it was so effing hot that I almost... burned my mouth. They literally forgot to take the croissant and egg out of the microwave as it took them more than 15 min (!)to process the order without any queue. When I asked Ruby why it's taking so long not only she was rude but replied like she'sdoing a favor to a customer. Oh, and I dare you ask her for additional forks or stirring stick. Thankfully, I am a tourist andwon't have to deal with the staff often but highly recommend giving it a skip and walk another 2 min to a more welcomingStarbucks. Read more
Crazy busy and bustling location, be prepared to wait but it's worth it for good value for money coffee, especially considering... the location you can do much worse elsewhere. As always, good standard of drinks from Starbucks with good single origin coffeeblends and no complaints necessary. Dope joint in an awesome location to pickup an iced coffee for a hot morning on the strip! Read more
Long lines. The barista made my drink super strong. I always get the same thing so I?m not sure if she forgot to add the syrup.
This Starbucks is gorgeous inside and the crew seems to get that line moving and make the drinks in a timely matter. However I... am not pleased with my experience here as I ordered a iced shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream and when my drink came outthey rang it up as sweet cream cold foam. I was charged $10.56 for this drink when I didn?t even want cold foam!!!!!! Completerip-off and they can?t even enter the drinks in right. This place would?ve been 5 stars if they got my order correct. Read more

Service by server "P. Allen" from my receipt on 12/27/2021 @ 7:23 am was horrible. She was not only slow but rude and not polite... at all. Worst experience ever at Starbucks. With an attitude like hers, I think only tourist are likely to visit and I bet feware repeat customers. Read more
This place is a joke! They charge at least $2 more for a drink then other Starbucks. If you want just filtered water you have to... pay $1 for a a cup, you can have one of the small cheap cups for free. If you want your "free" coffee/tea refill, it's a $1,also if you bought a coffee, you have to have a coffee not tea as your free refill! When I picked up my coffee, they didn't havemy water. I politely asked for it, instead of reaching over to get my cup and put water in it ( the spigot was right there) thebarista decided to make a coffee for someone else, mind you my order was ahead of this person! The place was somewhat clean butthe Baristas had the personality of a rock! This place is such a huge difference from other Starbucks, and not in a goodway! I'll walk to another Starbucks no matter how far to avoid this one! Read more
