A beautiful Starbucks in one of the most art designed locations I've ever visited. The problem typically becomes this year... numbers which I've only taken away one star because the quality of coffee was so good. My only recommendation is they have threecashiers and not two. Many times when they were supposed to have to hey Lily only had one which made it the long lines evenlonger. Horrible, horrible customer service from Sue- assistant manager and Vanessa- assistant manager at the Fashion Show Mall... location. I don?t think that I have ever experienced worst customer service and treatment in my life and I am a food blogger andrestaurant critic. The assistant manager: Sue and Vanessa love to argue with the customers and don?t care about customers at all. I still cannot believe that Starbucks hired that unprofessional staff to work with people. My wife and I go to all theStarbucks around town and this one has the worst customer service ever.
