Long queue which was slow, when we were about to be served I asked the woman serving if she had washed her hands as she had been... counting dollars and coins into the till to commence her shift, she looked blankly at me, so I asked again, she told me to movealong and be served by someone else. She then proceeded to serve another person with food and drinks without any sign of herhands being washed. Shame on you Starbucks for not teaching your staff general hygiene, especially in the world we live intoday, where this should be paramount ????. Read more
Was super excited to visit this location. I always make it a point to come here when I?m in Vegas. But I highly recommend the... store put someone other than Cici in the front. She was extremely rude to me and some other ppl that were behind me. I come forcoffee not attitude. Shame on Cici. Read more
Letasha, the laziest and worst customer service employee in starbucks chain in the world. I go to Starbucks around the world and... never had I had such a bad customer service. She speaks to be understood and leave you with your questions unanswered, ratherthan speak to help and understand the customer drink order!!! What is the manager doing in this chain? Where is the training?Recommend you go to the Illy coffee shop at the corner instead. Note we had to talk to her the whole time with her leaning herhands on her cashier box as if too tired and indifferent to even face us to answer customer order! Read more
Extremely overpriced - which seems to be a norm in Las Vegas but I?m from NYC and Starbucks here is way more expensive than... Times Square area. I expected costumer service to be better here. Employees seemed a little careless or oblivious. I sawcostumer asking for something and seemed like they either ignore or too busy and didn?t realize. I ordered 3 coffee and they allcame out separately about 5 min apart each and I had to request a carrying tray. Read more
This Starbucks location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and wonderful. They work really hard to get your orders out to you... quickly. They are usually slammed any time there is a trade show going on but they can still get your through pretty quickly. Read more
I have traveled to Starbucks all over the world and this was the most un disorganized store I've ever been in. It was like the... manager left the store to a bunch of teenagers to run! There were people looking busy throughout the store but nobody reallydoing anything. I had to wait for quite some time to get the half-and-half refilled, when I went to ask about it the young ladywas very rude saying "he'll be right out." Not impressed. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the Pikes Place wasvery good. Read more
Overpriced place. If you?re hostage to a conference that did not spring for coffee, this is your place to load on caffeine.... Maybe if they do a two story Starbucks, the rent allocation per cup will make the coffee more affordable. Will help with thelines as well. If that still doesn?t work, a three story Starbucks? First they didn?t take the money from my app to pay for it all when I had more then enough on the account. Then they made my... drink wrong. Attempted to fix it by pouring it into a new cup upside down. When I asked for another one, the guy gave me a poorattitude. Will not be going back. Read more
