What is a favorite gathering place if you live near Charleston and Rainbow? Answer: this Starbucks. The place is always filled... with locals congregating, conversing, working. It's too far from the Strip and other tourist places, so you know it's us localsgathering. It's small compared to other Starbucks in Las Vegas. It's one of the older ones, so it doesn't have an outdoorseating area. But it has enjoyed a renovation. I love the kewl new lights. Two long tables dominate the coffee shop. Then thereare a few two tops along the walls. This works for this Starbucks because people do gather in groups. There's plenty of parking,always a plus. Read more
James went above and beyond for me today and it truly meant a lot to me after having a horrible week it means more than you know... to have quality wholesome and exceptionally phenomenal customer service. Alex his Batista did an Amazon job on my drinks and tojust have people go above and beyond for you and genuinely love and care about their jobs leaves you with a feeling of happinessand satisfaction that I cannot describe!! KENDALL did the best job I have ever seen in all my years as a Starbucks customer. SHE HOLDS THE BAR IN EXCELLENCE AS A BARISTA... AND ALL STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES SHOULD TAKE A HUGE LESSON FROM HER. While in town at the mouth of the Grand Canyon, there were signs on the doors everywhere that said I was not welcome. I was very... surprised with it being Arizona. However, Starbucks welcomed us in with open arms. Thank you Starbucks! Keep doing what yourdoing! Coffee was awesome! Read more

I came in at 7:40 PM today, April 15 to grab an espresso latte and the girl told me she was only making frappes because her... espresso machine was down. Lights were already out and everything and I stayed in Albertsons looking for some other kind ofbottled coffee and I saw her walk out of the store at 7:55 when they?re supposed to close at 8PM. This is beyond terrible andwon?t be coming back since apparently employees can do whatever they want here. Read more
I love going here so much it's so peaceful and the staff are so friendly it just adds to how much I love this place. If they... mess up your drink they are more than happy to remake it for you and make it right. This Starbucks is just the place to go toread a book, do papper work, or just chill with friends or your self. I definitely recommend going here when you feel the needfor Starbucks coffee. Read more
