I was very excited to recieve my order and it came out completely wrong. I accepted it cause I figured, someone's probably new,... everyone has to learn and I don't wanna break any confidence. Couple sips in and I noticed hair was in my drink. I take it backinside and show the barista and make sure to NOT make a scene. I ordered something more simple, a carmel frap no whip. I may aswell have ordered milk with a Carmel drizzle and whip cream on top ( which I said NO WHIP). The drink came out even worse thanthe first 1. This was a waste of my money and time. The drinks are good, but now they ask for a tip in the drive thru. Like that?s weird. Don?t you pay your employees enough? Weird... weird. Not coming back to this location. Read more
