**BEWARE OF THE HIGH PRICES*** I visited the Starbuck inside the casino near the exit.. Mobile ordering varies because the... morning before it was taking mobile orders. I ordered a grande coffee with heavy whipping cream and sugar free vanilla and achocolate croissant for my daughter 10$!!!.. also Luckily I had my wallet with me because they didn't take my scan and pay.Apparently they don't take that there. What can I say beyond rude, rude, rude. Walked up the counter and I had to be on the phone with my wife in order to give the... girl the order for several people in our group. I walked up and smiled, the girl rolled her eyes, and kept blinking repeatedly, tilting her head back and looking down her nose at me, completely annoyed, like I was wasting her time. I apologized and toldher I had to be on the phone in order to get the order. She didn?t even acknowledge, but never broke her annoyed stare. Nogreeting, no ?thank you.? I know this is only Excalibur, and rude Las Vegas, in general, but come on. What happened to customerservice? For the manager: 7/23/22, 1:00 pm, hispanic female, dark, curly brown hair, blonde highlights. Unapologetically rude. Read more
You order a hot drink with alternative milk and they give you an iced drink with regular milk. If you ask for a correction they... make a big ordeal about it, calling for a manager etc etc instead of just fixing their mistake. Read more
Starbucks is overrated. $12 for 2 small drinks that taste like vanilla ice cream in a cup. Watery and the whip taste like wax.... Long lines, employees are too busy to be friendly Read more
This was probably the worst coffee I?ve ever had. It was burnt and completely undrinkable. I had the baristas remake it and it... still was unbearable. It tasted like burning popcorn and was enough to actually make me gag. Read more
The ladies last night (09/17/21) around 12 am in the Excalibur hotel working in the stand were extremely rude. They had an... attitude since we first got in line to order. Got charged extra for caramel even though asked for light caramel and she said Ihave to charge you extra anyways. My aunt can?t have a lot of extra sugar but wanted to treat herself to someone and they keptpouring extra caramel. Got an attitude when we asked them for a new drink. Chai latte was mediocre at best. Won?t come back tothis location anymore so we don?t have to experience horrible customer service like we did last night. Not welcoming at all andgot charged 16 dollars for one grande one venti. I?m sure we got overcharged on purpose. Read more

I experienced a pretty long line that filled the queue, but it moved quickly. I ordered coffee which was prepared... immediately. I had to wait approx. 5 minutes for the wraps I ordered. The staff was friendly and worked quickly. ThisStarbucks is located inside the Excaliber, in the food court area. You do pay a couple dollar surcharge on every item at thislocating because it is inside the hotel. If you are heading out anyway walk a 1/2 mile to the Target Grocery and pay the morenormal price.
