Went here got the wrong order. The lady refused to remake it claiming it was cream based even though the color was to dark and I... could clearly taste the coffee. Even after I told her this and even said I was not really allowed to drink coffee or anycaffeine products because of my kidney she still argued and refused to give me what I ordered. Read more
Never had bad experience with this Starbucks But this time is was Disgusting what I saw on the bottom of my drink idk what it... was looks like is rotten milk (I got sick) Call them and ask for replacement the guy said to me ok come over and get your freedrink. The staff were friendly and fast, the store wasn't busy @ all bathrooms and patio out side seating needs really attention.
This Starbucks is a two-fer. Its baristas brew up great coffee concoctions. But it's also a great museum that pays homage to... UNLV student life. The store is across the street from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas campus. Two walls of the store havecurrent and historical photos of university life, mounted museum style. My favorite is an Impressionist-like still life of twostudents studying outside. They are sitting back-to-back on a bench. She's on her laptop and he's reading a textbook. Theirbackpacks sit beside them. The photo looks down on them from above. It perfectly captures student life at a US university. Thereare photos of campus architecture and blooming gardens. (Those wildly colorful displays are clearly from spring because theywon't last in August!) I love the one of the messy stacks of the library. Quintessential college. There's a patio but it jutsinto the parking lot. The patio also faces busy Maryland Parkway, so you can watch the the cars whiz by. There's a crosswalk tocampus, making this a favorite hang out of the college crew. Since it's in a shopping center, there's plenty of parking. If youwant a cup of coffee AND a taste of college life, this is your place. Read more
TOO MUCH ICE. I had a grande caramel macchiato, drank it for an hour, and it was still full of ice (not melted). How much... ?drink? did I really pay for? Also the menu in the drive-thu is inaccurate and they just said ?Dunno why, but it?s $5+ for yourtotal? no sorry, and no caring for the customer. I?d rather wait in line at the one in UNLV than go back there. Read more
