Someone needs to open up a rival Starbucks next to this place because the wait is almost always way too long and the employees... never really seem to understand what they're doing. I ordered an already brewed Pike Place at the counter and waited almost 15minutes to get it. Repeat: already brewed. No line behind me. The person who took my order stood at the counter looking boredwhile the overworked barista eventually set out my coffee. Food has been cold in the middle consistently. Seasonal drinksinconsistently made. Overall an anamoly in the Starbucks franchises and a bad one at that. Read more

Two stars cuz the didn?t argue a refund. But seriously. This line is horrendous in the morning. I usually go to the south point... location to avoid the line but I wanted an almond croissant and south point has been put. Pulling up to the as suspected longline I make sure to ASK first if they even have almond croissants before I wait and order. She said sure. I get up to the windowafter waiting and my food isn?t ready. Wait what but others were so he says ?your almond croissant is in the oven it?ll be justa sec? no big deal they just must have missed it. Then I get handed my package and upon leaving I realize I have a piece ofbread aka plain croissant. Who eats these ? Not to mention the price difference of .75! Yes it matters. I paid for something Ididn?t get you tell me and then ask if I?d like to adjust the price. Or at least see if there is something else I may preferthat?s the same price. But you don?t rip people off. The only reason I gave two stars is because when I went inside she didn?teven question the refund. She just did it. Don?t know if this is a good or bad thing. Anyways, I?ll stick to south point. PSthe lady doing the refund said she was going to talk to the guy in the window. I told her no isn?t wasn?t his fault and pointedto the lady who instructed him to give it to me as it was clear he was learning and being guided. She still said she was goingto talk to him. I went to take a sip of my coffee, and I noticed that it looked pretty shallow through the lid opening. I took off the lid, and... sure enough ????. This was how much they filled my beverage. C?mon. $7 for this. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks. The employees here are so nice. They always get my order right and it?s delicious every time.
I?ve always received great customer service here, even when I show up as soon as they open and everyone is tired. Gerald on the... afternoon shift is a standout though, he?s always really personable and friendly. He actually refers to people by their nameswhich is rare, and he hooked me up with a small coffee so I could try something new. First time someone?s done that at anyStarbucks I?ve been to. This location is always incredibly busy no matter the time of day or location of pickup (drive thru vs. Counter). They also... often don't have all of the menu items when ordering from the mobile app. This location however is great at having the abilityto order from the app more often than other locations nearby. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT drive thru here. Always slow. 30 min for a coffee. Always new staff and do not know what they're... doing. Read more
