I was rudely told by a female drive thru employee that I needed to order food before my drink. Sorry, but I'm the customer and I... can order however I please. Extremely poor customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Read more

Place is nice enough. Our table was dirty, so we asked for a towel...girl behind the counter acted like she didn't know what we... were talking about. She ended up giving us a single alcohol wipe. A few minutes later, the manager came over to apologize andcollect the wipe. No biggie, but not cleaning the tables seemed odd, and not really being concerned about it seemed out ofplace. Read more

This Starbucks is pretty clean. Workers all seem nice and happy. Plenty of employees to make your drink fast. Plenty of inside... seating. No outside seating. Restrooms are unisex and require code to unlock. Read more

This Starbucks probably has the best location in Las Vegas. It's right off the 15, not far from the 215, and next to THE BEST... CVS in the valley. It's on Las Vegas Boulevard, so it's not far from the Las Vegas Strip either. It's really at the crossroadsof the city. It's perfect if you want to get out of the car and stretch your legs if you are on the way to LA or Salt LakeCity. Fortunately there's plenty of parking because there's always a long line at the drive through. The line goes fast thoughbecause the baristas are a'working. The L-shaped store has long benches for seating and then an intimate window alcove. It was abusy place before the pandemic. The art on the wall is wonderful folk art. You can an idea where your coffee actually camefrom. I gave it only three stars because the baristas are sometimes grumpy and they often didn't get my drink right. (I have atwo-sentence order!!!!) But they are certainly working hard. This store does not have a patio area which is also a draw back. Read more
