Two times now after I ordered I stood there watching athe people after me in line receiving their orders before me. After... finally getting someone's attention I ask if my coffee is by the drive through window and it was. This last time the order wasshort about an inch and a half from the top. Read more
This location is terrible. I've had many poor experiences with them in the past. This morning I placed a mobile order at 6:16... am - there was NO indication that the location wasn't open yet (it had been closed the previous week - who knows why). The appallowed me to place the order then I drove to the location. I went through the drive-thru to pick up the order since thedrive-thru was empty. It was at that time I learned they didn't open until 6:30 am (there was a sign on the drive-thrumachine). So I parked and waited by the front door since I had already paid for my order and wasn't going to leave it. Peoplestarted puling in the drive thru and waiting and finally, a little before 6:30, they started taking orders thru the drive thru. I waited for my order out front, since the lobby was closed and they were handing out mobile orders at the door. They filled agood half dozen drive-thru orders before I finally asked someone where my order was - they hadn't even made it yet! There weretons of order stickers on the wall that they weren't even filling. You'd think they'd fill orders based on arrival time, notgive preference to the drive-thru and ignore orders placed well before those. I FINALLY got my order 21 minutes later. I am an avid Starbucks drinker like many other Americans. But this location has really been outstanding. I live right next door... so I come here more often than I should. The staff here is incredible! I always bring my dog Marshmellow the Pomeranian and thefact that they always acknowledge him and myself really stands out to me. So friendly, fast, and willing to start conversations.They are always asking how we are, very timely, and so peppy! Says so much in today?s world.
