The food is great. The service is not. The owner is the only one I?ve had good interactions with. Wasn?t greeted at all, and... they didn?t ask what I wanted it was super awkward. It took 30 minutes to get a smoothie made. I was the only one in the shop.Hate to leave bad reviews but the workers really have to up their game. Read more

This place is amazing! I?m a big health foodie and the menu had everything my tastebuds and body needed. I got the protein... waffles made frozen scratch. It had 35 grams of protein and came with bananas, strawberries, blueberries and sliced almonds ontop. They use REAL maple syrup which came on the side, but they also had agave & honey to choose from as well. Mood- Lavender When I heard that the Lavender used for their delights is made in house, I knew it was a must to quickly get... over here and try it out. For me that is the ultimate calm and relax ingredient. Upon entering was quickly greeted. There is amenu high above the front counter. So I was checking that out, and the lady behind the counter pointed out the smaller handhelds they have as well. There are so many items that are offered on the menu. Opted of course for that Lavender Shake. Now theflavor was on point. It was not overwhelming and I had it cut with almond milk. The combination was very good. Interior is veryquaint and set up with a nice chill type vibe. There are a couple of seating arrangements from a sofa, to a tall back loveseat,and a sit up bar. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background. Exterior provides outdoor seating aswell. Would recommend - pricing is typical for the area. Staff was very courteous and hospitable.
