This was by far my worst fast food experience. The food was overpriced (Vegas, I get it) and was delivered room temperature at... best. If I could rate this restaurant 0/5 stars I would. I will add that we were there at 8:30PM on a Friday. Never eat atthis restaurant. What an absolute waste of money. Read more
Who ever said they have a friendly staff. It must be an off day then. The staff is not so friendly today. Gave our food to... someone else and blamed us we didn?t claim the meal. When both people raised their hands to claim the meal. the staffimmediately gave it to the person closest to her. Didn?t even try to figure out whose meal it was. Then the mgr says we neededto wait. When they brought the meal there were no drink. When the drink was finally delivered we were told never to comeback. Walked here with my boyfriend and we had vanilla cones. They are so good. The ice cream is just right amount of sweet. The cones... being crunchy and fresh also great. Really had a great experience! Sat on the tables provided. Nice atmosphere being across fromthe Palms. The weather was also a plus. Will be doing this often. Read more
If you don?t offer table service maybe you should consider communicating that to your customers who use your mobile app. It is... very frustrating that I had to wait over 15 minutes to have my food because of your lack of communication. I don?t appreciatethe fact that you I was argued with rather than just having the problem solved. What a great way to end my trip to Vegas. Read more
Sat at the drive through for 2 minutes with nobody in line. Noone answered the speaker so we drove up to the window and a larger... woman that appears to be a younger Hispanic with a nose ring who started talking trash to us telling us she needed us at thedrive through box. This sonic drive thru asked what I wanted to order, then told me the system crashed and they couldn?t serve me. I asked them to... make me food and I?ll pay cash they denied me and said they were waiting for the manager to call back. I hope your staff wastelling the truth because they just looked like they were just hanging out.
