Visited this location 3 different times in a year. Absolutely never worth the trip. The wait time to order always took longer... than normal. They were always out of items I wanted to order. The wait to get the food is longer than normal. They've messedup my order every time. I was disappointed ???? this time! My order, which I repeated 3 times, was still incorrect after receiving it! The wait was... long, so I just drove away with my order incorrect! This has never happened here before, that's why the 4 star review instead of5! Read more
This particular sonics is horrible. I gave them 3 opportunities and they failed each time, this last time was the worst. They... were rude and acting impatient while we were deciding what we wanted to eat. So we order and it takes 25min for us to get ourfood around the 15 min mark we repress the red button and the waitress doesn't greet us she just says your food will be out whenit's ready not asking if we wanted to order anything else or nothing. So we finally get our food the drinks are loaded with iceand only 3/4 full they didn't give me my coney dog or my roommate's frito wrap just a horrible experience all around I'll begoing to the one on Sahara and eastern or pecos and patrick those are A1. Chicken patty was 1/4 inch think and 3 by 3 but the ice cream is good.
You got to love sonic! I love the crunchy ice, and the pretzel sticks love it love it love it everybody's fast and efficient I... have not had an order mess up yet so I would recommend going to this particular location! Read more
They were out of over half my order I put in through mobile. No attempt made to reach out. Arrive there and they wanted me to... sub everything out instead of refund me. Said they could not refund because I tipped. Tried calling their customer service andalso could not be refunded. Will never go back to Sonic and I would not advise it either. The hotdogs are the reason I come to sonic they are so much better then the 711 ones. The ice cream is on another level as well... all the flavors you can imagine. The fries and chilli are ridiculously delicious, you can't go wrong. It's ok to eat whateveryou want once in a while and this would be your first stop !! Read more
Only giving 1 star because I have to. Waited in line for over half an hour behind two cars that only ordered one bag. Lady in... drive thru was very rude and kept saying she couldn?t hear me. Turned car off repeated myself many times and my husband did toofinally she she ignored me till I move forward. Asked for ranch and salt. Apparently they ran out so I couldn?t get none.
