I don?t understand how a sonic could be so bad honestly. The food is good but worst staff here. Multiple times I?ll wait in line... 20 min just to get to the window and they say the kitchen is closed. No signs anywhere or I wouldn?t have wasted my time inline. Today it?s a 3 car line, and the window says it?s 25 min wait. I just wanted a drink? I am so over it, it?s by my work soI keep trying but I?m done this is the worst sonic ever and I?m always polite and there?s never an apology or anything. Veryvery unprofessional kids working here.. We love the tots here, but we ordered two large tots and both were only half filled. We got 8 tots. My drink was also only... half filled and it was all ice. Not what we usually get here, very disappointed. Read more
This location has horrible service and management. The staff could care less about how long you wait and have the nerve to be... joking around when pulling up to pay. My simple order was messed up! How?! Got there before happy hour ended and waited so longthey ended charging me FULL PRICE when I was clearly waiting at the menu before that time ended. I'm not sure what has happened to this location in recent months. It was top notch during the early days of the pandemic. I... ordered a burger and to my surprise there was a "special" sticker inside of the burger. I don't feel comfortable eating it nowso I'm throwing it out. What a waste.???? The slush was completely watered down. I asked for the sour candy and only got thegummy chunks, not the sour shot that they normally use. It was like swallowing something otherworldly. The drive thru was extremely slow. I think they were understaffed because the car hops(stalls) were not working. Waited a long... time before having to move up. Service was nice. But the food was not great. The tots and fries were warm and the slider chickenwas hard. Not the first place I would choose to eat for a burger or sandwich. Kinda disappointed Read more
We waited at a parking space. After about 5 minutes, they came on and said only drive through was open. No signage. Then we... waited 45 minutes in drive-through, because we could not leave. Ordered the new pickle fries that were nasty (like uncooked)and a root beer slush that tasted & looked weird. Never going back to that one! Read more
Ordered a patty melt and got this lol no cheese and burnt bread plus burnt meat and chilli cheese tots with barley any cheese or... sauce. Also they turn the lights off now so it looks closed ?? Read more
The atmosphere in my car was astounding! They ran out of the bubbles that bubble my wife's drink so they refunded her drink and... gave her one of what she wanted. That's some top notch service. Way to go team! Read more
