I don?t understand how a sonic could be so bad honestly. The food is good but worst staff here. Multiple times I?ll wait in line... 20 min just to get to the window and they say the kitchen is closed. No signs anywhere or I wouldn?t have wasted my time inline. Today it?s a 3 car line, and the window says it?s 25 min wait. I just wanted a drink? I am so over it, it?s by my work soI keep trying but I?m done this is the worst sonic ever and I?m always polite and there?s never an apology or anything. Veryvery unprofessional kids working here.. This location has horrible service and management. The staff could care less about how long you wait and have the nerve to be... joking around when pulling up to pay. My simple order was messed up! How?! Got there before happy hour ended and waited so longthey ended charging me FULL PRICE when I was clearly waiting at the menu before that time ended. I'm not sure what has happened to this location in recent months. It was top notch during the early days of the pandemic. I... ordered a burger and to my surprise there was a "special" sticker inside of the burger. I don't feel comfortable eating it nowso I'm throwing it out. What a waste.???? The slush was completely watered down. I asked for the sour candy and only got thegummy chunks, not the sour shot that they normally use. It was like swallowing something otherworldly.
