OMG. We went to this place last nite after basketball games. Hungry, thirsty and tired. The line moved like a snail. The person... that was taking the order kept saying ok no problem every time you said something. By the time we got to the window. Order wasincorrect. Geez. Cherry limeade was horrible. The girl at the window got angry because I had to ask for straws, napkins& sauces.Well if you had gotten my order correct I wouldn't have to ask Ty. Slow slow. Nasty drink Nasty attitude. I dash sometimes, I went for an order, then they female staff told me wait outside I knock on door after ten minutes then a... male staff told me to park in stall push red button I did I gave them order name another 10-15 minutes pass I notify thecustomer still waiting I push red button again they said we?ll be right with you I called door dash to notify door dash say pushred button I stated I did 2 times staff at Sonic lied. I didn?t get order I didn?t get paid staff rude I watched 6-8 drivethrough orders go by as I waited. They need new staff. Horrible experience! Read more
EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. 1. They've shut down everything in favor of drive thru. OK, better keep that line moving. 2. The line... moves crazy slow. Why? Well when I get to the window, my order of a single shake wasn't ready. I paid and then waited FIVEMINUTES for a shake. So that's how this place rolls. The whole business is going to handle a single order at a time and slowly.Spent 40 minutes in drive thru for one shake. I should have left but I promised my son I'd get it for him. Read more
Sonic used to be good years ago and now they pretty much stink. The second to last time I ordered a cherry limeade. Tasted like... Sprite and nothing like cherry limeade. Like how hard is it to make a decent cherry limeade? A good selection of their slusheesare gone. Not only that but I ordered wings last time and got no sauce though I was told it was in the bag. The last time I camewas terrible. Food and service was lousy last time and I won't go back here anymore. Read more
The drive-in portion where you can order at the stations are not accessible to customers. Only for delivery services like Uber... eats and doordash. You must go through the drive-thru in order. The service was good and the person who took my order and gaveme my food was super nice very friendly and inviting. I will go here again because I love hot dogs from time to time. Read more
