Two seperate occasions: 6 days ago, from posting this review, one of the girls that took my order here lied when I asked if... there was a larger size for the cheddar broccoli tots and she said there was only one size. Today, I order some tots and a hotfudge milkshake. The shake wasn't even mixed. Literally all the hot fudge was sitting at the bottom...A large upside down sundaeif you will. We're paying more for food than ever and getting crappier incompetent and lazy service from people who have nobusiness working in these establishments. I don't plan on going back to this place. As always the food is great. The place stays busy so expect a good wait in the drive through. Once they were accepting cash... only so I had to drive away after waiting which sucked. But overall I love the place. My favorite there is their unbelievablemilkshakes. Read more

This Sonic use to be the best but now it sucks. I've waited over 30 minutes for food that was ordered thru the app an hour in... advance. They clear out your tab so their kitchen clock windows don't keep going. Now im in the driveup waiting for my 2 slushthat I pre-ordered 45 minutes ago and they still aren't ready after 7 minutes picknup time. Again they cleared out my check inso it doesn't keep adding and yet no one has come. Read more

If you don?t mind waiting 30 mins and talking to employees that have no idea how to take a gift card along with a debit card... because I only had a small amount left of my gift card, then enjoy. Don?t say you weren?t warned!! We took our cards and droveaway without our food to a dumbfounded employee. The employees here have zero customer service and have no idea what a maltedshake is or how to run their computer system. We no longer go here due to it always taking 30 mins no matter what time of daywhether you do drive thru or park. Retrain your employees!!! Read more

Tonight I came here at 9pm and placed an order. I Waited 30 minutes at the stall and never received my food and called for... someone again. When greeted and asked to place an order I told them I had already placed an order 30 minutes prior. No apologyor empathy was given, instead I was asked what was the name for the order. I told them they never asked me for an order and thecashier says ?oh my fault?.? And follows up with absolutely nothing else to say. This also happened to the car next to me andtold me not to even bother asking for a refund because they would not do it. I watched the employees walk past this car andignore them every time they asked for help. I sat here for another 15 minutes before they brought me someone else?s order. Iwaited another 15 minutes before they brought me my order which was cold and did not acknowledge the wait that occurred whilethey served everyone else with no issues apart from the car next to me. The staff needs better training they were sounprofessional. Read more

Stopped by for some drinks and a quick snack whilst running errands. My SO wanted some onion rings so I obliged. Got home to... opened the bag to this inedible garbage. This would have never left my kitchen and served to ANYONE. Ridiculous. Read more
