I am getting sick and tired of the service at this Sonic. I ordered a breakfast burrito, a breakfast sandwhich, and a drink this... last time. I don't know how they let the "food" they served me out of the door. I got half a patty in my "breakfast" sandwhich,no cheese, no eggs. Instead of cheese and eggs, they gave me tomatoes, onions, lettuce, jalapenos, and mayonaise. In my"SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito" I got eggs and half a sausage patty, lacking the potatoes, peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, cheese,and whatever else they put in them. Previous times, I've gotten stuff that at least RESEMBLED the food I ordered, but the past3 weeks has been NOTHING but screw ups. This is the last straw though, I've ordered here more than 2x a week, and as much as 2xa DAY during some weeks for a long time now, under the previous manager, things were great. He was a nice guy. Whoever thecurrent manager is though, I don't know, whoever it is needs to reign in on these employees. Read more

They steal your money. They let you order online and once you get there they tell you that they're not taking online orders.... I've been waiting in this line for over 30 minutes and this is always the case, they never bring me my food but they always takemy money and they tell me that if I want a refund to go trough the app, and the customer service rep tells me that it can takeup to 30 days, I wonder why they don't take 30 days to take my money instead. Remove the tip feature from your app because it'sa joke. This business is a joke. Read more

Like others said, be careful if you order through the app for pickup. Left my house once my food was ready. Then I waited awhile... in the drive in stall to be told that they are no longer alowing pick ups through the stalls by Nate. Instead they had me waitin the lengthy drive thru for 30 min. My slushi was melted and my food was cold. I know they're busy but they can't just bringit out to me especially when the food was already made? I was parked right next to the door. The whole situation was weird and Iwould of just left once I was told the drive in stalls were closed but I was already charged for the order through the app.Terrible service Read more

My first time going there and the food was exactly as how I ordered, of course all depends on what type of staff is there at the... moment. The day I went it was only drive thru because they didn?t have enough workers which is understandable everyone islacking employees. But i hope my next visits there would be as normal as my first one. If you want sonic go very late night orsome hour when you know is going to be slow, that way you get your food faster. Read more

I'm writing this as I wait at the drive thru menu crossing the 10 minute mark. We've waited because two cars were ahead of us at... the window so we figured just be patient. Well now no one's there and no one's at the window or answering our "hellos" at themenu. I count 5 cars behind us all shouting and honking now. Maybe the staff is that overwhelmed I don't know but not even anacknowledgement of us to let anyone know that they're held up? Yes I've had the time to write this whole thing out while stillwaiting and the moment I hit send we are outta here. Read more
