Went to buy a butterfinger sonic blast... nobody answered at the drive thru for about 5 minutes. after i got it, anf drove home... in a hurry to eat it, i then realize they served me the ice cream with a small scoop of butterfinger on top without stiring itfor me... the part that disappointed me was the fact that they barely put any butterfinger in it compared to ice cream.... badcustomer service in general Read more

This is the worst Sonic in town. I have contacted corporate offices to complain about their lousy service and still waited 15... minutes today before leaving without the drink I paid for while the manager stood around doing nothing, as usual. Every day isthe same and nothing changes. Apparently they do not care about staying in business, so I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more

Waited 30 min in line at the speaker box. Employee came out and I thought the speaker was broken so I asked if I should pull... forward. He said yes. I wait for the car in front of me about 10 minutes. I get to the window and asked the smokehouse burger orwhatever it was called and they said they don't serve it anymore. I left because I had no menu now and I came with that sandwichin mind. 40 min down the drain. I go to Taco Bell next door and it takes 5 min.athis Burger is being advertised online rightnow and on large signs in their windows. It was a very disappointing experience. Read more

Waiting almost an hour for your order that's already been made, just to call 3 times and have it taken to the wrong stall is... quite embarrassing. It never used to be that bad but I advise never ordering through their app, online, and if you don't likewaiting quite awhile for your order, avoid eating at this sonic. While I haven't lived here that long and can't comment on everysonic here being the same, this specific one is one to avoid. The ones back at home are nowhere near as bad. Read more

After pushing the button and staring at the menu screen for at least 20 minutes, we pushed the button several times in a row and... finally someone took our order. We both ordered the double grilled cheese double burger special. The one that is advertised allover the TV right now, only to promptly be told that they don't have any. At that point we just left. At about 11:15 on Saturday night I went through the drive thru. I placed my order, 2 number 2 combos, and pulled forward. Only 2... cars in front of me, made it to the window at about 11:20, then the wait started. The employees were playing around, you couldhear them literally screaming and goofing around. The person working the window never opened the window to give me our drinks orcollect the money. After sitting at the window for more than ten minutes he finally opens the window and asks if we order 3sliders with a bag of food in hand. Now mind you, there has been a bag sitting on the counter behind him the whole time we havebeen waiting. Surprise, surprise, it was our order. Told him to either make me a new order, I was not taking food that had beensitting there for over 10 minutes, or give me my money back. He said, I will refund your money, then when I asked to talk to amanager, he said he was the manager and got rude and nasty. This location is horrible and should have a complete over haul ofemployees if this is how they are allowed to act towards costumers. Read more

After waiting for 7 minutes, with no line to even have a server come on the mic, ordered sonic cheeseburger combo with no onion... extra pickle, no salt on the fries. It came with extra salt and regular pickle. Also ordered supersonic burger combo no salt,it was heavily salted as well both fries were cold. Sent them back for unsalted fresh fries. Couldn't pay for my meal at kioskbecause the machine was down, wasnt notified that until my food arrived. Read more
