Went inside to order food Togo, ordered 2 burgers, fries, kids meal, and wings paid, left a tip, waited for the food. Took the... food home, NO WINGS IN THE BAG. Called because obviously when you purchase something you expect everything to be in there,especially when your pregnant and that was the main things you were craving. Not a fan. I've had smash burger before. It was mediocre at best then. ( About 6 months ago ) My wife and I decided to try it... again for delivery. My second mistake in 6 months. Used to be good. Just like other burger joints, the beef patty now tastes dryer and less flavor, like eating part cardboard.... Probably a lot more breading for less expense and more profit. Better off making your own at home, real beef. Even the smashfries isn?t the same. Sad. Read more

Nice quick location in the northeast side of Vegas. Dining area is clean and staff are friendly. Food tastes great and warm.

Food is good. Too bad they cant get order right. Ordered 3 burgers and 3 wings. They forgot the wings. At least they got half of... it right. Not too mention they said it would be another 15 mins for wings. Waited and they forgot again! How silly. Not sure ifthere is even a manager at this location. Running on its own. Delicious burgers with a variety to choose from. The burgers are very customizable to your liking. They offer shakes and a... variety of sides. The smash fries are amazing rosemary,garlic, and olive oil. Definitely recommend. This location also has anice outdoor patio for outdoor dining. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Read more

It's sad because the quality used to be consistent but this Smash Burger is a hit or miss today. But the Smash fries are always... too oily and the Spicy Buffalo fries will dry you out with too much salt. We have been here a lot and these facts areirrefutable. Now when you get the good order which evens out to about 2 to 1 against you the Burgers are great and the kidschicken strips are delicious if you can get past the not evenly cut pieces making it seem like you have only a total of 2 piecesinstead of 3. Location is ok. Can be busy at times but good place to sit down. Staff is friendly generally but slow and lackthe sense of urgency with slow strides. All in all this Smash Burger gets the "The Big O 4" out of my Big 10 score. Read more
