I have to say that the service was excellent and the food was delivered quickly. I grew up eating in Chinatown in NYC... frequently. This food was pedestrian at best. My partner had Kung Pow Chicken bento box which was a very nice portion. It wastasteless. I had salt and pepper shrimp and it was equally bland. The tempura shrimp was cooked properly and hot. Our server Mireya was phenomenal and provided an excellent customer experience! She is personable, detailed oriented and very... professional. My party was scheduled to see a show and was pressed for time, however, Mireya, ensured our food was servedtimely, delicious and check tendered right away. We wanted to have a quiet meal without the hassle of leaving the resort property. Better than expected! Bento box was a great... way to get variety. Ordered the asparagus as a side and it was perfect. Very attentive service. Read more
Three stars because the food was great. I usually will just leave good reviews for places that have earned them. I don't care... to leave bad reviews because I understand people have bad days so I usually just go with the flow. Unfortunately, the serviceleft a lot to be desired. Bad attitude from the wait staff and the wait time once seated was over 30 minutes to give our order. Just watching the chaos of the waitresses was frustrating as we could see it was not going to improve. I think better trainingwould go a long way maybe, or maybe not. Not too impressed. Have eaten there twice first time was good went back next day and it was not good. Out of 6 at the table 2... were sick later. Both ordered general Tso's chicken. One asked for sauce extra hot and the other was for mild sauce. Bothsauces were prepared as requested. The chicken itself was questionable - pieces of chicken skin and/or cartilege that wasbattered and deep fried and covered in sauce. One peson ordered orange chicken - the chicken was prepared okay and the saucewas tasty except there were bones in the chicken. We waited to be greeted and waited another 10 minutes or so to be seated,they were busy but there were still several empty tables when we were brought in to be seated. The facility is pleasant withnice decor and ambiance. The servers were friendly. Once our food was served we did not see the waitress again until it wastime to pay the bill; someone did stop by and refill the water glasses. When we showed her the two plates that were not eatenand the bones on the third she only said oh no. No apology or adjustment to the bill! I will not eat there again nor will Irecommend it to others. If asked I will simply say once it was good the next time it was not. Thank you. Read more
