Great little neighborhood spot for delicious, fresh noodle dishes. We had the shang beef noodle soup, the pork belly noodle... soup, and the chicken and mushroom sauced noodles. The beef soup has tender brisket and a dark, savory broth. The pork bellysoup had big chunks of meat and a different flavor broth, with a bit of sweetness that went well with the pork. The chickenmushroom noodles had wood ear and button mushrooms. We also ordered the beef pancake, which was a pan fried dumpling with ajuicy ground beef filling. The restaurant is small and can get crowded, but the food is worth the wait! Read more

This place is absolutely delicious! My sisters and I come here often for the noodles, spicy dumplings and peanut butter cucumber... that is out of this world! Definitely a go to spot! Also note you might want to ask for the spicy sauce on the side whenordering it can get really HOT! Also going family style sharing plates helps a ton being able to try multiple items ???? Read more

Great alternative to Shang Artisan Noodle if you want to avoid any long waits. Spicy beef noodle soup has such a great and... flavorful broth, complimented by great noodle texture. Spicy level is also good for spice lovers. Read more

They have decent Chinese food. I like the spicy beef noodles, it?s flavorful spicy and savory. It?s a bit more oil and salt than... I would like to have but I know Chinese cuisine is normally oily so they?re just making what it?s supposed to be. The beefpancake can be cooked better. It burnt a bit outside Read more

OUTSTANDING FOOD. For fresh noodles, this is the place to go. It?s not hand-pulled noodles, but it?s constantly being pulled out... of a machine while we were sitting there. The noodles are chewy and perfectly cooked. The broths are on point. The beef noodlesoup was rich and flavorful ? and the wonton soup, while lighter, was packed with flavor as well. The portion doesn?t lookparticularly large - but it was extremely filling. This is a sister location to the famous Shang Artisan Noodle in Chinatown.Wish we had a sister location further north in town because this location is so far south of me. The beef dumplings were good ?more preferred by my guy than me. I tend to prefer my dumpling wrappers thin but that?s just me. The filling was delicious. GO! Read more

We have been waiting awhile to visit this place since we heard about it. Seeing the posts on social media, we couldn't wait to... try the soups and the green spinach noodles. We definitely were not disappointed. We ordered the spicy beef and spicy porksoups, in addition to the spicy dumplings and shrimp spinach chow mein. Everything was on point! The waitress was super cool andeven joked around with us. We got there around 2pm on a Friday so it wasn't super busy. It is about a 15-20 min drive away fromthe strip in the Henderson area. Will definitely visit again. Read more
