on google it says open 24 hours. arrived at 5:30am and the window was half open with multiple workers inside. there was already... a small line of customers waiting. while standing there I notice a tiny sign outside that says the hours are actually?5:30am-11pm daily.? at 6am they finally opened. i ordered a burger and a shake and was abruptly met with hostility: ?onlybreakfast!? the full menu is located on the wall with absolutely zero info about ?breakfast only? the breakfast menu is only 3items. so I mention that perhaps they should consider proper signage with their actual hours and what is actually allowed to beordered at what time. and the guy gives me attitude and tries to say ?next? ?after standing on line for 30 minutes with a heavybag. horrible customer service. It's ok I got the vegetarian shroom burger it was undercooked meaning the mushrooms were raw not the best quality.. the cheese... fries were sent out separately in individual containers where you had to mix them. "Half and half" or "Arnold Palmer" was nottoo sweet and kind of bland. You're paying for the convenience of it not the quality of the food. It is also the only restaurantinside of this terminal so it's very busy, with no competition it makes it appear that it would be better than what it is. Read more

Burgers were fresh and delicious and the fries were awesome, my family of little ones enjoyed their burgers and want more again!

Stopped before early flight. Breakfast and Lunch were both available. My husband enjoyed the Sausage, Egg. And Cheese Sandwich... and I a Steak Burger add bacon. Both were absolutely delicious. Customer service was good and we received our food in areasonable time. Read more

For a location in the airport, I really enjoyed my burger. I got the Shack Stack, which is a cheeseburger, with a fried cheese... filled portobello mushroom in the middle. Goodness it hit the spot, and the service was great. Read more
