We did the seven course sushi meal which was mind-blowing. My only complaint was that the excellent dessert was pretty large and... after a lot of sushi personally I don't need all that dessert but otherwise it was amazing. Otherwise also it's not cheap atabout 100 bucks a head so not like one of the all you can eat sushi places they're about a third of the cost. Plating serviceatmosphere we're all outstanding. My husband and I love Japanese food. We?ve been to dozens of places in town. This is by far the best sushi, sashimi, and hot... dishes we?ve ever had. This is our new favorite spot. Came in for our anniversary tonight. Both the food and service wasimpeccable. Ask for Lena. She was wonderful. Read more

Let?s put it this way, I don?t even want children but I would have one just to baptize them at Sen of Japan! My girlfriend wants... to move to Europe but I don?t think I could physically live beyond 10 miles of this place. I attend Sen of Japan more often thanchurch. If i was sentenced to death row the Toro here would be my final request. If the Yellowstone super volcano blows uptomorrow the first place I would run to is Sen of Japan. Needless to say, it?s decent. Just kidding?. the fish tastes like itwas plucked out of the ocean second before, it goes down smoother than Niagara Falls, and disappears quicker than a man evadingchild support. I get butterflies entering this place. Oh and the staff and servers are beyond talented, yet so humble. It?s a+100/10. Oh and if you have an unrefined taste palate don?t even waste these talented chefs time. Read more

In A Nutshell: -Sen of Japan is shaping up to be one of our favorite go-to local sushi restaurants in Vegas. -You will find... some very nice cuts of fish both regular & premium (like toro). -The service is always very friendly & courteous both at thesushi bar & at the tables. -The restaurant has a nice little buzz every time we go. Overall, the food is really great, I wouldsuggest pretty much everything they have on the menu. Read more

Yum! So tasty! You know the staple items at Japanese restaurants that are pretty much the same flavor, taste, and texture... wherever you get it? Sen adds a unique twist on their dishes, whether a fun twist on a spicy tuna with crispy rice or theirmiso. Great ambiance and service, too. Thanks for the great meal! Read more

Last night my mom and I visited Sen of Japan for dinner with a friend. We arrived at 6pm on Saturday and the dining room was... already filling up - by the time we left at 7.30pm there was a wait for tables. There is also a sushi counter which offers aspecial menu and where you can watch a TV with a Golden Knights game or other sporting event of your choosing. Upon arrival wewere taken to our table where our friend ordered a whisky which came with a frozen ball of green tea in the glass! I have neverseen this before at any restaurant - very cool. We then had salmon nigiri which melted in your mouth and shrimp and vegetabletempura that was some of the best I have ever had. Finally, we finished with the chocolate soufflé, which comes with green teaice cream (for $9). When you take a bite, be sure to get both the soufflé and the ice cream, which are a perfectcombination. Parking is free and plentiful in the shopping center where Sen of Japan is located. Prices were reasonable andservice was friendly, if not a little slow since they were very busy and somewhat short-staffed (like many restaurants thesedays given COVID and labor shortages). I am definitely looking forward to returning to Sen of Japan for their 6 course omakasemenu for $60, which seems incredibly reasonable. Read more

The best sushi in the US hands down! The food is exquisite with great flavors throughout each piece. The flavors are far and... beyond anything you will taste elsewhere! The service is above par and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Read more

Did the 7 steps Omakase. All the food was very good especially a shrimp dish that was very memorable. All the dishes had a... really nice presentation and came ready to eat. Not much of a need to add any sauce. The service was really attentive, theychecked up on us constantly. We really enjoyed our experience here. Read more
