I love food court pizza, but have never had a Sbarro! I was so hungry and I saw the Sbarro employee pull the whole pie out of... the oven, so I had to give it a shot... No complaints what so ever! I had to give the slice a few minutes to cool off! Thecheese had a nice pull to it, the crust was sturdy and held up well. I needed a cheap & quick fix, this slice of pizza hit thespot. Read more

The spaghetti and meatballs tastes like a banquet TV dinner. Super disappointed. Pizza is good when your hungry but I always... have to ask them to heat it up a second time. I?ve had better pizza from little Caesar?s. I do have to say my favorite slice isa twice heated pepperoni mushroom or anything with mushrooms that?s probably their best topping. I?m subjected to these optionsbecause I work close. But honestly most food on the strip is overpriced and not of quality or taste or flavor. A couple blocksaway from here is a chipotle and other options. I will go there next time same price but fresh food and great textures andflavors. Read more
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The Spanish people in front of me and the white man behind me received smiles and PERFECT... service. When it was my turn , i was given frowns and the lady who was ringing me up was talking over me while I asked severaltimes for a tray so my order can be eaten here. She pretty much threw my food in the bag and threw the bag on top of the tray. Inever expect A1 service from a pizza place because I know how it is. But the amount of disrespect shown to me as a customer , itwas pretty sad. I?ll never come here again. On top of the awful service , my pizza wasn?t even heated thoroughly. So, not onlywas I given pathetic service , my $21 spent was well wasted. I refused to go to the counter to ask them to correct the orderbecause I NEVER WANT TO INTERACT WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE AGAIN. this is the first 1 star review I?ve ever given. My first visit to this restaurant located inside ?Bally?s Hotel? in Las Vegas. The food looked really good and I thought why not... give it a try. I never tried the wings and requested a sample and was told by the manager and I quote ?No, because we have ashortage on wings?. I replied ?Really, so early in the day. He laughed and found it to be hilarious and told his coworker what Isaid. I asked to speak with a manager and he replied ?I am the manager?. I then said ?are these the only wings you have left forthe day and he said ?No I have plenty more? . I just ordered a slice of pizza and a salad. Guess I?ll never know what they tastelike because I will never visit that establishment again due to the poor customer service I received from the manager.
