Workers were packing up food at 10:15 and rushing us out when the establishment doesn?t close until 11p. Ended up with food... poisoning. Read more
Pizza was horribly undercooked. The dough was gooey so I put it in my oven and cooked it for another 10 minutes. It tasted great... afterwards but I shouldn't have to do that with a delivered pizza. Read more
Took my 7 kids there the other night 11/5 and we were never told we had to wait til they made ALL the pizza that needed to be... put out first before making our order . Long story short we waited almost 2 hours if not 2 hours smh kids were falling asleep myyoungest being 2. All the employees were very rude , inconsiderate and talked trash after we were the ones having to wait. Thepizza was undercooked and it was overall a horrible experience and we will never be going back ! Who makes someone wait thatlong , we literally watched over a dozen people come in order by slices and leave , as well as watched them constantly makingmore pizza to put out ! Read more
Use to work at Sbarro when I was a kid 35+ years ago. Pizza still as good as I remember. Not sure if they still import the roma... tomatoes from Italy like we use to back in the day but the sauce tastes like they still do - delicious and authentic. Read more
Just left the store. All of the pizza looked old and dry. My daughter really wanted it so she chose cheese. We asked for a cup... of water and the other employee rudely said ?we actually don?t have water right now?. How are you a restaurant and don?t havewater? How do you clean? Cook? Operate a fountain machine? Extremely rude and flat out lied. Would NOT recommend!!! Read more

Pizza is really good! We don?t eat pizza that often but when we do it?s always for a function or watching a game. I got the... phone number directly from staff to plan it well. I called numerous times with no answer as I needed some customization but Iwas forced to order online. The online order sent an email to confirm my pick up time which worked well for our timing for thegame snd when I got there to pick it up they where just popping the pizza in, I asked why they didn?t send me confirmation so Ididn?t have to sit there and wait but I had to wait another 15 mins. Manager told me they are short staffed and we?re notpicking up the phone, that is unacceptable for a business, at least change the message so tell us why there is no answer. Was agood pizza though.
