Very good the slices of pizza!!
It was in the food court at the mall and I guess I just don't usually go to these places very often because I could not believe... the price of a slice of pizza. Four slices of pizza and two small drinks was $23. Drinks were like three $4 a piece ifMcDonald's can do it for a dollar why can't the other fast food restaurants lower their drink prices it seems a little excessiveto me especially since my grandmother used to own a little sandwich shop and the cost of a drink was like $0.07 including thecup the straw that soda. I'm sure things have gone up since then but even if the cost was $0.50 and you sold everything for adollar and a half you're making a pretty good profit. 1 star because my order, via postmates, was accepted at 730pm and not only was the order never started, but the staff was... avoiding eye contact with me for 5 to 10 minutes, wasting my time and in the end I walked away without any pizza. Terrible. Read more
Terrible experience. According to google this place is supposed to be open until 9:00 PM I arrived at 6:42 PM and the staff... looked like they were cleaning up to close. I ask if they are still open and he says they close at 7:00, I ask if they can makea whole pizza and he says register is closed. Staff there obviously doesn't care about customer service. Read more
I placed an online order. I received an email stating they were refunding my order because they were out of cheese pizza. This... has got to be a joke! How does a pizza restaurant that continually makes pizza throughout the day be out of cheese pizza! Now Ihave to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Read more
So I had a pick up order at this store. I had to call three times and speak to three different people to figure out where the... heck you go in the mall to pick up your order. The first two Ladies who answered the phone didn?t even speak English! Then thethird time I finally got someone who spoke English (sounded like a young guy) and he was so nasty and rude I just hung up on himand left my food there. Screw that!! Wasn't sure what to expect from a mall food-court restaurant, but it was fantastic. The food was appealing, fresh, hot and... delicious! The "meal" (which was a DEAL) comes with the entree, salad, dressing, a large garlic breadstick, and a drink. Thestaff was very pleasant, and asked several questions to make sure everything was just right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Read more
