I honestly forgot how much I love coming to this Samurai Sam's. When it comes to getting food for their lunch special which a... 5.00 bowl it is really unmatched to other places around. And if you are trying to eat a little bit better like myself then lookno further than this location for your lunch needs. Between the kind cashier who took my order and the 2 gentlemen in the backworking on my order. I am so appreciative for their patience and their kindness that they showed me from the moment I walkedin. Should you find yourself near the outlet mall on South Las Vegas boulevard I recommend going to this location for lunch. Read more
I usually love this place but tonight I ordered 4 chicken bowls all of which were served with dry and very crunchy brown rice.... When I called to complain the manager offered a lousy 10% off my next order. Teriyaki madness would never! There?s no wonderthis place can?t stay busy, I will never eat there again. Read more

Ordered food to go, they did not put all of my food in the bag. When I called in to request the food that I have paid for, I had... some girl laugh and tell me it was my fault for not checking .THIS CO MPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ...I would notrecommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed went there today for lunch I ordered the chicken and steak teriyaki combo The chicken was not fully cooked and... the steak was super tuff to chew. I have been to many samurai sams in other states but this place has been the worst.
