Excellent steak house. Each meal was cooked perfectly. All the meat was tender and just melted in your mouth. Even the... hamburgers were awesome. The service was great as well. Very professional and at a great steady pace. Would highly recommendthis place if you have a chance. Update: we've been a couple more times now and this is definitely a dinner place. We ate here twice during our stay at The Golden Nugget, once for lunch and once for dinner. Each experience was very different. ... During lunch, the restaurant was less busy and our waitress was able to make sure we had everything we needed during our meal.When we returned a couple days later for dinner, there was a wait, so we sat at a table in the bar area. It took 20 mins for awaitress to get to us and take our drink order. After 10 minutes, we asked a hostess when we could expect a server to come tothe table. Apparently, they had only one server for the entire bar area and she would be over shortly. When she arrived to thetable, we were not offered bread like we were for lunch. She was so busy (she also had tables in the dining room) that shebrought us a drink we didn’t order and forgot the drink we did order. We could tell she was very stressed and overworked, wefelt bad for her. Management obviously needs to step up at this place. There were two hostesses seating tables, but only oneserver for the bar, plus she had other tables. That’s just bad management. As for the food, it was good, but honestly it’snothing special. That combined with the dinner fiasco, is why I give it three stars. If I were to go only by our lunchexperience, this would easily be a 4 or 5 star review. All this being said, we’d return for a meal here, but would never sitin the bar area again, to avoid being forgotten. Read more
I decided to give this place a try after experiencing it in Texas and falling in love with the service and food. We were not... disappointed by Las Vegas Saltgrass. Their steaks were delicious. My husband ordered the 8 oz. ribeye and I ordered the 8 oz.sirloin; the appetizers are delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was just right. The best meal we've had since we've been in Las Vegas. Service was absolutely great. We received our salads probably within a... couple minutes of ordering. The filet and ribeye were fabulous. We also got the cheese fries. So good. Everything was soooogood. Read more

Came to have Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious! Shared the urban cowboy ($42ish) with my husband. The kids got a sirloin... w fries ($11) and mac n cheese with fries ($7). The table shared the range rattlers appetizers ($17ish) which were very tasty!Jalapeño was not too spicy, had the perfect kick to the shrimp and cheese. Our server was friendly and fast. Read more
