It's decent and the food is fresh. Doesn't seem to get too crowded. Bread roll is okay, no butter or spread was offered or... even seems to be a thing. The drinks are good. And they serve you in a dog bowl. Overall, it's a subway without the subbread. Read more
This was our first time at Saladworks. One employee forgot my salad but it wasn't a big deal to me (mistakes happen) it was made... and brought to me before my husband was done paying. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness, the dinning area could haveused some attention, dirty tables, benches and floors. A few notes: 1) have paper menus at the beginning of the line forcustomers to look at if they wish 2) instead of saying "your meal comes with a roll/bag of chips, would you like it?" I thinkthat item should just be given to the customer. The female who we think may have been the manager was very kind and pleasant todeal with. I think she may have been training the other 2 young men which is one reason why I didn't mind my salad beingforgotten. With all that said, we will be back. I had the Farmers Market salad, I liked it. Huge portions! My husband had a pick2 (½ salad, Greek & ½ panini) he liked them both. We felt the price fit the food portions. Read more
If your body needs a break from Sin in this city, the options in the menu for salad works are great! Among the options you can... make two substitutions to any salad off the menu, pick any two of salad/sandwich/soup, paninis and so much more. . They gave us chicken noodle which we didn't eat because of the chicken. We also had a reward for a free drink and was told... over the phone that we could simply get it scanned and redeemed in the store when we picked up, despite already paying. When wepicked up we tried asking to redeem the reward in which the lady just walked away (no name tag, pale young lady) in the middleof us talking. Then we stand in line to ask again, she says "we can't do that; you already paid" to which we told her thatsomeone from this location just called us about the soup and said we could still get our drink. She looks at the bag and says"no we won't be able to do that" and walks away. She doesn't try to resolve the issue, or ask her other 2 coworkers if they toldus this. Walks away and helps another person. The whole experience was horrible and we felt so embarrassed to be treated withsuch attitude in person, and then to come home and our orders are wrong. I love the food here and don't think I'll ever bereturning after 2 bad experiences in a row. We would like to get a refund; we tried calling the store and no one answered. Read more
*PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE* They Are Very Expensive When I mean EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE! To create your own salad was over $20. ... Portion sizes are very small To non existing. So thankful to have this place close by! They have so many flavors it's amazing! And even if you want meat, they got it! We have... dined twice already while it hasn't been long since opening. The place is very clean and welcoming. The staff art alsowelcoming. The location also rocks right off the 215. I love all the options you can create! If I could Give no stars, I would! They are very unorganized and their portions were small for the price. The iceberg/romaine... mix is mostly iceberg with a few pieces of romaine. They give you one small cup of dressing and you have to pay 1.59 for extra. The staff were a bunch of young kids who had no clue as to what they were doing. And the chick at the register needs anattitude adjustment! Two salads for $30.00. One salad a chicken Caesar salad and a build your own salad. As a first time customer, Kathy was... extremely accommodating, helpful and thoroughly explained all that the restaurant had to offer.
