I got the Ruby burger. A decent size burger with sesame seed bun containing the beef patty, tomato, lettuce and the Ruby... sauce. The burger tasted very good, especially for the airport. However, the burger itself is $13.99 plus tax. I understand wehave high inflation and all but this price is still a few dollars more expensive than it should be IMHO. Tasty fries with justthe right amount of salt and pepper and crispiness. Cost for the basket of fries: $5.29 plus tax. The service at the countercould have been 'warmer' but that's all right. Maybe the lady was not having a great day ????. Overall, I would definitelyrecommend Ruby's diner for its food and atmosphere even though I think the total of $20.89 for one burger and a basket of friesis a bit much. Read more

Usually when we think of a good meal we don't think of airport food. This place surprised me. I stopped into Ruby's diner on... June 25 2022 for a very quick breakfast. I had the egg, bacon , and cheese sandwich on an English muffin and country stylepotatoes. Everything seemed like it was cooked fresh, the potatoes hot, and the eggs fluffy. The price is steep, but I receivedquite a large portion. I was not hungry when I left. If I ever find myself in Las Vegas airport again I'll be sure to stop inhere. Read more

Came here right before my flight. Ordered the wrong sandwich and immediately tried to change it however they were unable to... without a manager even though I realized right after I ordered. The chicken burger was dry and definitely overrated. I don?tthink the burger that my friends ordered was anything worth mentioning and for that reason I believe this place mostly makesthere $ just because there are not many burger or diners in this airport.
