We have visited this location many times and every time was horrible customer service. This place has gotten worse since the... whole pandemic reopening. Employees are extremely rude and they definitely need better training. The assistant store managerHallie was extremely unprofessional and rude and not helpful at all. We have been going to Rubio?s all over the town and we havenever had such a bad experience . We are restaurant critics with over 46 million views on our Google account and we know exactlyhow restaurant should be ran and customer treated and this is nothing like it. We are definitely not going back to that locationuntil the situation get fixed. I don?t recommend this Rubio?s !!! Take your money elsewhere where you will be appreciated andvalued as a customer! One of my favorite places and this location is bigger and has a pretty outside seating. I ordered a battered fish burrito, very... good, I love it. Very recomendable place. They have fish options but also chicken and steak. The original fish tacos, burritosand salads. The salsas are so good! They have mild, medium and spicy. They are very tasty. Awesome food. Prices a bit on a high side for a bit of Lobster ???? meat. Flavor is good nonetheless.

I was so happy to find this place open up closer to home. I had traveler to the Eastern and Serene location on several occasions... to enjoy their fresh fish tacos, and I know this place really looks the same it's not taste the same. It appears to be too muchbatter and I guess the size of the fish shrank? I'm not sure it is franchised or not, but I think we will return to the otherlocation for the consistent taste and quality we expect. Read more

Grand opening!!! I have been here 3 times in 2 days. My new favorite is anything with ancho shrimp. The batter fish tacos or... burrito is now second favorite. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Festively decorated for the opening and has outdoorseating. We forgot how great this place is!!! Read more
