I have been here several times. Service is consistent and you can find many options in their menu. I?m adding this specific... request to Rubios - Corporate after talking to Phillip, one of the employees in this branch. When I said to to her that itwould be helpful to add a hook in the ladies restroom, she said that there is nothing they can do because the installation of ahook needs to ge approved by the big guys in corporate ??? It?s hard to believe that something so basic and simple needs anapproval. I hope they can do it. If I could give this location zero stars I would. We waited 15 minutes for our food and when I went to the counter to check on... it my meal was sitting on the counter and was still sitting there 5 minutes later. I stood there hoping someone would try tohelp me but all the employees just ignored me even though two women were just standing around doing nothing. When she finallybrought our food I expressed my dissatisfaction with the long wait and her response was they had other customers even though wewere the only ones waiting for meals at the time. When we finally got our food it was so salty we couldn't eat it. I Had orderedmy tacos with no sauces and they came with sauce and because they'd been sitting there so long they were soggy and fell apartand the sauce was too spicy for me so I couldn't eat my meal. The beans were so salty neither of us could eat them. For $29 Iexpect to be able to eat my food and when I tip I expect to be treated courteously which we were not. I'm a longtime Rubioscustomer so this was incredibly disappointing. Yo add to it that they clearly could care less about their customers made it evenworse. Lack of consistency I come here for lunch at least 3 times a week and I?ve been highly dissatisfied as multiple times I?ve... visited recently the size of my bean burritos are often half portioned or even made as the same size as a kids meal. Does thiseven look comparable to anyone else? I?ve encountered rude and likely over worked staff multiple times as well but the food hasbeen a childhood favorite for such a long time hopefully finding a new location will resolve this. Read more

Not only are their fish tacos delicious, but they are always consistently excellent in their quality! Not many places nowadays... remain consistent on their service, speed and quality but I can say this establishment is on of the exceptions! Very good fish and shrimp tacos, the trio combination is specially good. Downside the kids meal is not that good, the taquitos... are dry and quesadilla pretty simple. Overall good good, the place very enjoyable and very friendly staff. Read more
