We where there late at night, the place was clean and well taken care of. People so friendly. Front desk guy was excellent at... customer service. I am picky about my Mexican food, but this was mediocre at best. The food wasn't hot, the beans are really salty, the enchilada... cheese wasn't even melted. The meat in the burrito was good, but I picked that out to eat it and didn't finish the rest. Thesauces tasted canned and it was what I would put on par, or below, Taco Bell, but at much steeper prices. The meat in theburrito is the only reason I am giving a second star. Read more
Ordered Asada fries and order was completely cold. Had my spouse take them back to get them remade and and they were still cold.... With me being pregnant i was very emotional i couldnt get one good meal????. Was going to try again the next day with justwarming the fries up in air fryer and my fries was black definitely not normal. Read more
The food here is always good, but the front of the restaurant is also always dirty. It's usually busy and the restaurant might... always be short staffed so as long as the kitchen and workers are clean, I'm fine.. the service here is alright. Also, the factthat it's open late is amazing! Read more
Trying to place our order was a task in itself. The counter person kept stopping in the middle of taking our order and doing... something else. Got the asada fries, the asada was like rubber. The cheese and chips was another item. Did not even melt thecheese. Forks were not even put into the bag. Had to find forks once we were at our destination. Parking is tight with manyeateries in this strip mall. Definitely not as we thought. Read more
The food was delicious, the seating is covid spacious. You are unable to get refills due to safety. I had the Asada platter, my... husband got the enchilada platter. My two kids got a bean and cheese burrito and plain Asada tacos. The servings were very wellpreportioned. Very satisfied, the only issue is the ladies restroom was not open. Read more
Poor Service. The Cashier was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. Then she got off the phone... and was writing, still never looked at me. The cook finally said. im sorry we will be right with you. Finally she looks at meand says "Yes?" like I was bothering her. She never said thank you either. There was only 50 cents in her tip cup.
