Poor customer service. 3 people received their order before I did. The response from the cashier with little to no customer... service said "well next time you don't have to come if you don't want to wait, that's just how he works". Me: Who is he? Her: doyou still want the order? Me: who is he? That's how who works? Her: the cook Me: this guy ordered 4 tacos, I ordered 6. 2 morethan him and he was 3 orders behind me. Okay. Cool. Very much disappointed in this location. The other one on for Apache is much better. I usually order dinner from robertos a few... times a week and use the other location , today I decided to stay in and door dash my carne asada fries. The location was thisone and when I tell you this is by far the nastiest robertos I mean it. I don't know what happened to this place. I used to love coming here for lunch for a good burrito. Now its like a gamble... whenever I order one. I never know when I'm gonna get good burrito or one with hardly anything in it. I should not have so muchtortilla, its like the cook either has tiny hands or just being stingy with the meat or something. I don't know what happenedhere, and I don't think I'm gonna waste my money anymore at this specific Roberto's, if anyone wants good food from Roberto's goto the one on Maryland parkway and Charleston. You'll get your monies worth, and the workers there actually deserve a tip in thebucket. But this place, I don't know what happened here, the two older guys in the early morning make me fat burritos whichalways brings me back the next morning. But lately the guys on swing shift have been making tiny burritos with hardly anythingin it. I'm a big man here, I need protein! Why would they make a big guy such as myself something more for a little boy?! Thishas happened one too many times for me and I'm not wasting my money there anymore. I'm not saying they're all serving smallburritos, but one of those cooks back there either has tiny hands, or just skimping out on the ingredients all together. This is the worst Roberto's location you can go to! I've had a couple of incidents with this place skimping me on food that was... paid for. Making food incorrectly and a poorly managed spot. It sits in a gas station and it is a privately owned Roberto's Ithink that's why they don't do business correctly. I would not come to this place I would go down the street to Charleston andBuffalo or even to Durango and desert inn there's plenty of other Roberto stay away from this one!! Read more
