Technically it wasn't robertos. I love robertos and I eat there all the time. I eat at the one at rampart and lake mead. Its... FIRE. I love their food. Carne asada burrito? Man it may be 10 bucks, but not everyone can finish one. They're so good. Thisone on eastern or postmates perpetuated a robbery of my credit card funds tho, so if they think I'm giving them a good reviewthey're crazy. It was only 21 bucks, but if I took 21 bucks off someone's credit card and didn't give them anything for it itwould be a felony. They do it it's called business. Read more
I called for a pick up order at 1:13a and was told 15 minutes. I arrived at 1:38a (25 minutes later) and my boyfriend comes back... to the car to ask me what I ordered because he was told they didn't make it... there's on couple sitting inside and no oneelse... my boyfriend just got back to the car at 1:45a with our food. It is all correct and looks delicious but he said when hewalked in and asked for the order they had to search papers on the floor and finally found it.. Read more

Highly disrespectful and rude. I waited for over 20 minutes for carne asada fries. Sadly, I watched Sandra and the cooks serve... all other orders placed after me. Honestly. Two orders after me also ordered carne asada fries so there is no excuse. Extremelyrude and unprofessional. It took me going to the window after 20 mins of paying and placing my order for Sandra to tell thecooks to make my order. Why treat me like that? Why? It's unfortunate. Normally great. Prices were just raised by 40-50% on most items. Tried a fish taco for $4.75. Just a fish stick. Less fish... than the size and of my pinky finger. I buy Costco fish sticks for 15 cents a piece that are larger. Greed is running rampantin this place. Read more
I've always loved Roberto's. The only downside to this particular location is they do not allow refills and they limit you to... the salsa bar. But the food was so hot and fresh and filling. Read more
