Poor costumer service, always short stuffed. There is only two people working in the entire restaurant, utensils are not were to... find you have to ask them for napkins forks they have it inside and if they are busy then you have to wait for it. I've been coming here for years and always love their food. They have become wayyy more expensive than before and I get it's due... to covid and inflation, but don't think other restaurants have hiked up their price like Robertos. Cost me $21 for a steakquesadilla, side of guac, and medium drink. Crazy expensive, but the good food makes it for it I guess. I think the dailyspecial menu is the only thing thats wort to order from or the asada fries. I?d rather sacrifice some meat and some chips for some cheese on these cheese-less nachos you guys seem to have. There like 2... small specs of cheese . Nachos are SUPPOSED TO BE CHEESE AND CHIPS ... I guess after 57 years they haven?t figured out thatthere should be a significant amount NOT minute amount or garnished with cheese . Just digging around trying to find the CHEESEbut nope! Like wow...... the worker Marissa needs another job. I always order a ham torta, and they USE REAL SLICED HAM. I order today and... they use cheap thin sliced ham lunch meat. Garbage....I called and asked what happened and the excuse was "I don't know" and"This is how we do things now".... This is NOT FRESH INGREDIENTS then, and I'll never spend another dollar here after Marissabecame rude. I asked for a manager and she sits the phone down and starts taking peoples order. She told me to call backtomorrow and I said no you can fix it now. She didn't want to give me the managers name. Marissa told me "I have to go I haveother people to talk to" (Without fixing my problem). Like lady, your customer service is the reason why people lose business. Read more
I have been coming to this location for 5+ years. The taco salad was a good portion then but over the years the price has... increased while the quality and portion have shrunk. I will not be coming back anytime soon. I spend $10 for this salad and itsnot worth that price. Read more
