Well. What can I say other than poor quality & Poor service. I usually love Roberto?s and this was my first bad experience. I... don?t feel the food was made to order. Cheese wasn?t even melted and food wasn?t warm and we did eat our food there. This wasnothing more than gas station food which left 2 out of the 8 of us sick. The cashier wouldn?t even give us an extra container totake our food home even after we offered to pay for it. She said ?those are for our orders? Worst customer service experience ever !! Whoever Brenda is that works at the front cashier, with red lipstick and brunette hair... needs to be fired ! I called to place a pick up order like I usually do and she picked up the phone and spoke in English thentold me she didn?t speak English. Upon asking if she could pass the phone to someone who does, she started laughing and hung upin my face. Then when I got to Roberto?s she said no one there could take my order because no one spoke English ! Which is a liebecause I order from this location all the time !! Very disappointed in the staff.
