Service is slow, cashiers don?t care they have customers waiting they won?t talk to you when you approach counter until they... finish whatever they are doing, kitchen floor littered with food. I work in a casino kitchen on Strip and you guys areundeniably savage in terms of what you think U are getting away with it. I wish I could rate lower. Find a different location. Read more
I went to order couples of tacos AFTER 6pm Wed. 09.28 and I relized the mid 20's guy leaving the bathroom and rushed to THE food... line and preparing tacos ???? using his hands ?? and adding cheese, lettuce, ...without using gloves, spatula, spoon, orforks. Then he took couples of steps back ???? reaching his right pocket FOR his phone and started to search and review hismessages. Then went back to THE FOOD LINE TO PREPARE THE 2ND ORDERS. I go to this one because it has a drive-thru. But I visited 9/2 @6:45am and the customer service was God awful!! I drove up to... the window and instead of the cashier greeting me, he justed stared at me, didn't thank me, just rude! The food tastes good butis easy over priced. We used to order here all the time, had great food and fair price. Today we ordered carne asada fries which was 13.98 and... chimichanga with Carne asada ( the chimi by itself was $15.98 and as meal $18.98). Came to the Roberto?s restaurant last and had the unfortunate pleasure of being serviced by this gentleman. Not only did he look... under the influence he could not get my order right and order charged me. When I asked to speak with a manager he said why for Isaid because my order is wrong and you over charged me I?d like to speak to someone else. Again I was denied and then he said hedoes not speak English repeatedly and slammed the window in my face. Came here on 5/11/2022 at 2am the guy at the window was very depressing so was the 2... orders of burnt nachos with sour beans had to throw $45 of food away yes $45 dollars for 2 nachos 1 large Pepsi and a half pintof rice. The only thing that we could salvage was the Pepsi They used to have pride but this is not Mexican food. The steakwas like it was pre cooked then re heated. DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. They are open and we can sit down and eat in there which was great because it was extremely hot out. Their beef and chicken... tacos were amazing we got some rolled tacos to take home! they had there facility clean their service was great and it wasn'ttoo crowded. Read more
