Today is our second time coming to this place. My husband order chicken avo, spinach, mushroom white omelet, perfect portion,... love their plating and I order Steak avo spinach mushroom white omelet, the steak is tasty, perfect portion, the plating great.We order French toast for to go, so good. We finally got a chance to try out this location and we actually liked it better than the Southern Highlands location. I've... never had Loco Moco and decided to give there's a try. I was not disappointed. It was a lot better than I thought it would be.We also had Biscuits and gravy and I gotta say, so far R&S has the best. Absolutely amazing food. The steak and eggs are amazing, I even had the banana foster waffle. Surprise it had an enormous amount... of ice cream but delicious I couldn't finish it. And the fresh juice!?!? That was amazing to have fresh juice and such a greattreat!! The decor is so cute. The only thing I have a problem was the music was really loud. Great food, service not so much. There was a bit of a wait, when we were finally seated the server came over for our drink... order. My friend's sugar level dropped and was visibly shaking, we asked for a drink. She tried to get our order at the sametime; however, I asked if we can get the drinks first. She looked annoyed that we didn't place an order right away and took avery long time to get the drink to us. When we ordered, I asked if we can please get a refill, the glass was mostly ice so thedrink was gone pretty quick. She looked at the glass and said "yeah I know." We didn't tell her this is for a medical reasonand we weren't asking for a huge favor, just s refill. After a bit, I turned to watch her do another table's ketchup requestthen she dropped off the bread at my table and the table next to us. She came back a few minutes later with no drink, picked upmy friend's glass, and finally got the refill. I gave my friend half of my bread since it was covered in sugar while we waitedfor the refill. It wasn't a big ask, and we get that she's busy, but it was her attitude towards the request that bothered me.The food was great, but $70 for breakfast for two people, you'd think the service would be much better. Have gone here 2x and so worth it. Truly experts on steaks. Had steak and eggs and the steak was truly the best steak I have... EVER had. Other food was delicious as well. Came from California and WILL go again! There can be a wait on the weekend, it isworth waiting I promise you. Large portions and not too expensive! A must try. Read more

In A Nutshell: -The Rise & Shine location off Flamingo is THEE PLACE for breakfast. -American's love us some good ole... breakfast, especially if it's steak & eggs. -This restaurant is pretty big w/ indoor & plenty of outdoor seating. -The insidedecor is very colorful w/ a giant rooster that is reminiscent of the one you see on Calle Ocho in Little Havana in Miami. -Thewait staff have the best work uniforms: pajamas. -The Ultimate Rib Eye Steak & Eggs w/ hash browns really is the ULTIMATE. -TheHomemade Corned Beef Hash is unique since it's chopped bacon. -The service is very good here too.
