The food is awesome. Nice short condensed menu because they have mastered every dish on it. Chicken and Pancakes- pancakes had... crispy edges (love this) and chicken was battered so perfectly. Mediterranean omelette- fresh ingredients made this omelette sogood. Last but not least the biscuits and gravy- soooo sooo GOOD. THE GRAVY IS MADE IN HOUSE! We enjoyed our food and theservice!! Dropped off someone at the airport and wanted to grab breakfast. We ordered the rebel breakfast, the little rebel and pancakes.... The pancakes were incredible. Buttery but light. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Our table and cutlery were very clean. Thegentleman that helped us order was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was super friendly and kind. Eggcellent place for breakfast! I got the feta and spinach omelette with extra feta, sourdough bread, and home fries. My wife... got a cheese omelette, hash browns, and sourdough with a side of avocado. Everything was so delicious! Read more
