Ordered 3 finger box with an extra chicken finger. Opened up the box to find only 3 chicken fingers and 2 sauces. Didn't even... say anything about sauce. The employees were too caught up in their petty conversation to do their job. Was also told the strawwas in the bag. Looked in bag no straw. Asked for a straw and again told was in the bag. Visited Raising Cane's Chicken Restaurant on a Saturday night about 8:00 PM. No wait for service. There were 10-12 guests... dining. Great parking available here. The food was delicious. The chicken fingers have a great crispy crust, and the white meatwas moist and tasty. The fries were crisp, and the coleslaw was creamy (not vinegar-type). Portions generous. The Texas Toastwas only toasted on one side. (?) There were housekeeping issues that needed attention. The parking lot had litter. The entrysidewalk was in dire need of a power wash. The best chicken fingers & fries, hands down. The Canes sauce is also perfect for the chicken & fries. Crinkle cut fries & the... Texas toast stand this chain out from the crowd. As well as the fact they cook the chicken fresh to order every time. It reallymakes a difference, its always hot juicy & flavourful. My favourite is the burger, which is 3 chicken fingers plus thesignature sauce & lettuce. You can't go wrong with what you order though, it's either fingers or a burger & all are cooked freshfor you. 1st time visitor, wasn't sure what to expect. Line was long at the drive-through but I wanted to go inside and check it out... anyway. Service was excellent, 4 piece box meal came out quickly. Hot, fresh, crispy tenders came with a drink, coleslaw, friesand a weird buttered, toasted hot dog bun thingy. Whatever...it was delicious and satisfying, all for under $10.
