First and foremost, they need to train their managers properly. The one who answered asked "What's up, Casey?" When she picked... up the phone. Called to tell them they gave me food poisoning and she told me it takes 24 hours for food poisoning symptoms totake effect. "So I don't think you got food poisoning from us but probably a bad batch of chicken." Uh, NO. It takes 30 minutesto an hour. Enough time for your body to tell you that you done messed up. "Can't get a refund without a recipt." Recipt or no,I have the transaction on my card. The chicken was delicious. I?ve never been here before and would come back. If management reads these it would be nice if they... showed the full menu where you order. Because of the long line they take orders before you get to the menu board and all theyshow is the chicken finger options so I had no idea that you had a chicken sandwich.
