Reviews for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Las Vegas, NV
I'm curious. When a customer asks for a substitution, do the employees decide what to substitute? I mean, it's a toss up when I... ask for no toast, extra fries whether I actually get the toast or slaw. Do they actually read the order on the pass? I mean, Iordered a child's drink once.. JUST the child's drink and I ended up with the whole meal. All for the price of the drink. Thefood's acceptable -- you should really be more consistent on the size of the fingers -- they've gotten really small.. butsometimes, they're enormous! And maybe the team there really should be consistent in asking if one wants ketchup and/or hotsauce. I have to ask for it each time as they're shoving the bag at me.. It feels like I'm being annoying when I do that. And,as a customer, I shouldn't have to feel like I'm bothering your team for something that you should be asking if I want included.Just sayin'. Update: There are a LOT of flies, minimum of 5 at one time around our table alone, at this location. Won't eat in here again for... a while. It's disgusting. Picture depicts two (one on glass and one on window sill) that were ready for their portraits whilewriting this review. Old review was 5 stars...: Good food. Good service. Will go back to this location again. Read more
Great location with friendly staff. Our only complaint with this and some other Raising Cane locations is the volume and type of... music in the restaurant. We?ve found it hard to dine in as we just wanted to eat delicious chicken fingers not techno club dancethe night away. The average age of guests in the dining area during our visit seemed to be around 55. Just a lower volume of thetunes would greatly enhance the experience unless the goal is to keep people from sitting in the restaurant for too long. Read more

Love the people that work here. They are always friendly, upbeat and professional. Also, I never have to wait long for my order... and the food is always consistent and hot, hardly ever varies no matter which location you go to, and they are always clean andwell organized! Read more
Sadly, this closest location to my house continuously gets me and my partner's orders wrong. Even after we charge extra for... extra sauce, and then don't get the extra sauce but still get charged! Used to go all the time, but now I don't think I'll evergo to this location again, I've been soured too many times, which is pretty depressing. Another reason I've been soured on thisCane's location is that I already went through ALL their "official channels' to give feedback, surveys, phone-calls, andhonestly have received nothing but the runaround. Kind of a sad day when you decide you no longer want to go to one of yourfavorite places. (Attached picture is just one of the many orders messed up.) Read more

Good chicken but the portion size is ridiculous. That was the last time. A 3 piece was literally 3 bites. Disappointing
