Been here twice now was and was disappointed both times. The decor is great and the place is extremely clean and looks nice. The... first time our service was very very slow. This time I sat at the bar and it was prompt and courteous, I was the only person atthe bar, and there were maybe 3 other parties in the whole restaurant. They have a decent selection of craft beers which isnice. Both times we had a few flavors of wings and they were all pretty bad. The mango habanero sauce is weird and candy-likewithout any kick at all (and it's supposed to be their hottest). The boneless wings were especially bad, they were cold andspongy, obviously not fresh. We had a reservation at 830pm and we were sat immediately. Our waitress took forever to get our drink order and then our food... order. We waited like 30 minutes before asking where our food was and she kept saying the kitchen is slow. We decided to put inour dessert order right then because we were trying to hurry up. Our desserts came like 5 minutes later before our food (just 3orders of wings) came out. When the wings came, one persons order was wrong and the waitress just blamed the kitchen. We alsoordered one drink from the bar and had to remind her about it twice. She ended up giving us a little discount but the whole mealtook way longer than it should have. The pastrami and Swiss sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I went back 3 more times for that... sandwich. The fries were really good as well. The staff there was incredible even for being over worked. The place was alwayspacked and they did a great job handling it. Read more

We placed an order with Jessica around 6p. Our food didn't arrive until 6:40, she failed to touch base with us during that time;... we genuinely thought that she forgot to bring our order. When the food arrived it was room temperature and didn't do much forflavor or texture. You could get better quality food, service and a lower price at McDonald's. P.s. we asked for the check 30minutes ago and it's still not here. The check finally showed up after a 35 minute wait. Read more
