Reviews for PROTEINHOUSE in Las Vegas, NV
Food and service are top notch! I'd go with a steak option over the chicken however (chicken is kind of dry). Good portion for... the price...but definitely on the pricey side. Ensure to double check your order, it seems they have a tendency to forget thesides. Read more
Saw my friend post a video about a to go order. He has very expensive car and they didn't put the top on correctly so apparently... it was leaking in the bag the whole way home. When he went to pick up the bag from the seat, it ripped and spilt all over hiscar. He was upset because no one has responded to his complaints. Being an avid reviewer, I thought I would take a trip over tosee for myself... Right off the bat, 5 employees behind the counter. No one busy doing anything but chatting. A customer infront of me not ordering but whispering to the girls at the register. I'm just sitting there staring and waiting to order. Aftera short while she realizes I'm behind her and moved out of the way. I finally order. Just as they handed it to me, my buddycalls me so in one hand I have my phone and the other the peanut butter cookie dough shake. I sit down in my car and put theshake in the cup holder but the top wasn't on correctly. I somehow bumped it and knocked the top off. Since the shake was sofull, the cap being pulled off also pulled the liquid out and it spilt all over my Beemer. I kid you not. Is this what they dofor attention?? Oh, I almost forgot. This is yet another place that asks for a tip before you finish your transaction. I don'tget how people think that asking for a tip simply for doing the job they are already being paid for is a good thing. I'm kindaglad they were letting me stand there waiting because even though I rarely see them do anything worthy of a pretip, the formerfnb in me still leaves a tip but this was great practice because I had no problem not leaving a tip. I'm proud of myself. Read more

This place is awesome been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and... healthy. I have had just about everything on the menu over the years and have never been disappointed. The orders usually comeout in a timely manner. Even if you just want to grab something on the go this is the place for healthy eating if you are nearEastern Ave and the 215. Absolutely love the protein shakes! Read more
The food was terrific at PH! I ordered the breakfast burrito, and my husband ordered the muscle builder. We were both satisfied... with the size portion as well?. ?There are also options for vegan folks in Vegas?. With that said, the reason I had to give PHthree stars is that I think the customer service and marketing was below average. If the food weren?t so good, I would havegiven it two stars instead. The paper menu had no prices on the food. Which is poor marketing on the owner's part or markingteam. When I asked the cashier why the prices weren?t on the menu, it didn?t seem she cared to inform me why there was nopricing. She did say I could speak to the owner about the lack of advertising on the price. But, at the time it didn?t botherme, and the owner seemed Preoccupied? with taking professional photos of the food. However, what truly bothered me was how, oncewe ordered the food. We saw a sign outside about how if we downloaded the PH app we could get a free protein shake. I went aheadand downloaded the app but was denied the free shake. The cashier informed in order for me to get the free shake, I would haveto order something else on the app. I found this a little tedious since I had just spent about 50 dollars on our meal. Since Iwork in customer service, I think PH should have honored what they were advertising. ?I wouldn?t have left this on google, but Ithink it is essential for PH to hear this feedback. Customer service today is more important than the actual food sometimes. Ina Competitive? field like food service PH should focus on not only the food but also the practice of business ethics in orderfor the company to grow. The food was great, but I?ll probably let my friends and family know they should eat somewhere elseuntil these minor issues are fixed. Read more

10.12.2021. My first visit here and I am super happy. Many carb free options. Staff is super friendly and the best part, they... got all the ingredients right there in front of them so when you ask about nutritional values of foods they got the answer rightthere. Very nice. I had the bison burger and a salad. The bison burger I had wrapped in collard greens...very delicious...theburger also came out a medium the way I ordered it. So many options to choose from. I truly like this place. Staff is also superfriendly. Can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this Restaurant for their many carb free options. Read more
Came in for a quick bite for my weekly flex meal. I had 20min and was in and out without feeling rushed. I?m on a meal plan so... need to know my numbers and the menu has everything broken down which is FABULOUS! Legit, such a stress relief. Sugar freeeverything condiments. Lots of seating options. Quick, friendly, customer service. Food was off the charts yummy. I?ll be backfor sure. Bathroom was super clean. The restaurant in general was really clean. Well organized and spacious. Parking was tight. It?s in a busy shopping center so that?s expected. If you?re from the Bullhead City, AZ area Pro-Fit Kitchin is like thisplace. They even have some of the same named items on their menu. If not the same pretty similar. Same type of wraps, bowls, pancakes, menu set up. So, it?s a good call if you want to stay loyal to the brand. Read more
