Prime was delicious. Great ambiance, great drinks and great food. I would recommend for the steak of course. They do a wonderful... peppercorn crust with sauces. My favorite was the mixed sauce. We started with the Dungeness crab cake. Delicious! It has atomato bass which was different and worked well! They only give you one so order multiple if you are sharing. For sides with mysteak, I ordered the mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese. The Mac and Cheese was good but definitely salty. Likely due to thevarious cheeses versus overseasoning. Nonetheless it is salty so beware (I have a high tolerance and love salt and even for meit was too much. My girlfriend ordered the salmon she said it was okay. She also did the Mac n cheese as a side. I would say tostick with the steaks which is what it is known for. Book early and get the patio dining so you can dine with the water showbehind you. If not the inside restaurant is also excellent. If you don't book in time to make reservations you can always do thefull menu at the bar. It was a great experience with our Lady Gaga doppelganger, Eve. She was wonderful! Hopefully Lady Gaga andher will cross paths one day. She's awesome and a natural resemblance. Read more

Had some free time before seeing "O" at the Bellagio and wanted a comfortable sit down meal, so I selected Prime since it was... highly rated and conveniently located. I was by myself for the meal. Service is very attentive, with multiple servers keepingconstant watch. The decor is unique and a bit dark, but pleasant. The background music, while not intrusive, was somewhatunnecessary for an upscale place. To start I had the Bacon wrapped shrimps where were quite good. The supplied bread was decentalthough nothing special. I selected the "surf and turf" special, with side of mushrooms. The lobster tail was larger thanaverage and nicely cook, not chewy like some places. The medium rare steak was exactly that and tender. The 3 choice choiceswere a nice addition, and they in house ginger/soy sauce went well. The mushrooms were a disappointment though as they wereoverly salty and did not go well with the dinner. For dessert I had the warm chocolate cake with coconut ice cream. A goodmatch and very tasty. Overall it was a good meal with very good service, but for the very high cost (over $200 for singleperson with no alcohol) I expected something truly exceptional which alas this was not. Read more

Honestly. It?s over rated. Is the decor stunning? Absolutely. Views immaculate? Check. Insanely priced? Also yes. Would I... return? Perhaps for the steak sauces which are all made in house. The sides are OK. Steaks are steaks. Bread is not even closeto worth it. But the service is of course outstanding. However, there are many better places that aren?t resting on their namealone to pay $80 for a steak. Pick a different restaurant like Jean Georges in Aria and you will not be disappointed and walkaway feeling bamboozled. Read more

Was simply expecting more. I booked eight weeks or so out hoping to get out on the patio. I had a 5:30 reservation and they had... a private party on the patio. I was not even offered a window seat inside. Felt like I was put in a dark hole on top of someoneelse's table. Not what you are expecting for this type of experience. The serving staff was excellent and their customer serviceis the only thing that saved this meal. Veal was presented beautifully but was bland had to dabble with some of the sauces fromthe steak to enjoy it. The apple cobbler was incredible. Read more

Celebrated a friend's birthday here. When I made the reservation several months ago, I noted this and the restaurant gave my... friend a surprise plate of birthday macarons which we appreciated. We sat inside and close to the fountains and enjoyed theBellagio fountain show. We started with an unusual but tasty salmon sushi on crispy rice. My friend had a fillet which she lovedand I had a New York strip with soy and garlic glaze which was very good too. We split crispy potatoes which were delicious. Impeccable service on Christmas Eve. Food was delicious and appropriately proportioned. Beet salad was an unexpected surprise... and delicately balanced flavors and textures led me to finish the whole thing. Steaks were cooked well and sides were supertasty.
