I went in to get a sandwich and was given weird attitude from the red headed man making my sandwich. He corrected me on what I... wanted to order and also asked me why I didn?t just ?grub hub? the order because it was a waste of time. He went on to be rudeand when I got home the sandwich was wrapped completely wrong to where the entire sandwich fell all over my floor and I couldn?teven eat it. I won?t be coming back here again. Whole vibe is off, and this particular location has terrible service and does not appropriately represent the wonderful sandwich... company, Port Of Subs. ???? Was not impressed at all, I ordered a lot of food and left a decent tip expecting to get the qualityand taste of my favorite sandwich I have gotten in past. Do not waste your time at this location! Brian, the rude, bland, nopersonality or customer service skills is the manager here and listens to none of your concerns. My sandwiches had nothing butlettuce(piled high and brown) little to no meat and n too if that the couple of pieces of meat were paper thin, could see rightthrough it! Update: 3/11/21 Will not be back... Arrived on time to pick up order, (we live .3 miles away) our HOT/GRILLED subs were not even... toasted and cold by the time we got home. NOT TO MENTION I paid $13 for a hot turkey bacon avocado and it had zerooo avocado onit! So we call and all she said on the phone was "whoops. Must've forgot... you can come back for a side of avocado if you'dlike." Like umm no. You literally read off a screen to make the online orders... Back to not liking Port of Subs again. Lost myservice. Have never been a fan of P.O.S... it's just never been my go-to for a sub but this location has completely changed mymind!! SO GOOD! And their garlic parmesan bread is bomb! Clean, but it's brand new so it should be. Worst sandwich I've ever had from port of subs. And I like this place. They were very... kind and caring though. Offered to remake my sandwich. I think they might need some training on how the sandwiches are supposedto be made. Great service though. ???? Read more
Clean and friendly. The aroma of fresh baked brownies is in the air. My sandwich was made very lovingly and not thrown together.... Their toppings are in a nice freezer type cooler so you know everything is up to code. Read more
